Target Group
Our target group can be divided into two main sub target groups. Firstly, there are users who possess the capability to independently set up the entire dispenser and take the initiative to subscribe themselves. Secondly, we have concerned family members who recognize the necessity of the dispenser for their loved ones. In such cases, the subscription and setup processes are facilitated by an external user.
These two target groups are the sweet spot out of 3 different things, the need for the product, so how likely they are to take their medication. The user being able to interact with modern technology and also the willingness to pay for a service like this.

Persona 1 - Shawn 65 y/o (Target Group 1)
Meet Shawn, a member of our first target group. Shawn is 65 years old, married, and has two children who have moved out to pursue their studies. His interests include gardening, staying updated on the latest technological advancements, and cycling. Having retired two years ago, Shawn now receives substantial monthly retirement checks and enjoys the peace of mind that comes with having significant savings and owning a mortgage-free house. His favorite football team consistently dominates the league, leaving him with little to worry about in life. However, there is one exception—unfortunately, Shawn was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease four years ago. As a result, he needs to take approximately 4-5 different pills each day. While Shawn manages to adhere to his medication schedule, he occasionally misses a dose. To alleviate this concern, he subscribed to our service.
A typical day in Shawn's life unfolds as follows: He wakes up at 8 a.m. alongside his wife and has breakfast together until she heads off to work. Given that his wife manages a pharmacy, Shawn takes his morning medication once she departs. If there are any gardening tasks at hand, he tends to his garden or relaxes in the tranquil outdoor space while indulging in a good book. Around 11 a.m., he embarks on a bike tour, ensuring he utilizes the dispenser to dispense his lunchtime medication for convenient on-the-go consumption. On his way back home, he stops by the grocery store to purchase ingredients for a delectable dinner he intends to cook for himself and his wife. As his wife arrives home, Shawn administers his final dosage of the day
Persona 2 - Emma 84y/o (Target Group 2)
Allow me to introduce Emma, an 84-year-old woman who has been widowed for six years and resides alone. Emma enjoyed a 60-year marriage and is the proud mother of three children, aged 54, 58, and 62. She cherishes playing board games, baking, and the occasional visits from her children and grandchildren. However, as Emma was primarily a stay-at-home mother, her retirement income is not substantial, and the savings she and her late husband accumulated have dwindled. Additionally, she bears the cost of a caregiver who assists her twice a week. Growing up in an era of financial scarcity, particularly after World War II, Emma has developed a conservative approach to spending money and lacks familiarity with modern technology.
Emma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease seven years ago and requires the administration of 6-9 pills daily, depending on her current condition. She faces considerable difficulty in correctly managing her medications and remembering to take them. This is where our product service system comes into play. Emma's grandchild learned about our system and subscribed to it on her behalf. As Emma is unable to operate our user interface independently, her grandchildren handle the setup and management on her behalf. This service alleviates their burden significantly, ensuring that the correct medications arrive at Emma's home as needed, providing the appropriate dosages at the designated times. Consequently, this arrangement brings peace of mind to Emma's relatives while fostering a healthier life for Emma.
